- Condo prices have not moved much and still trading at 2020 levels
- Sales have picked up for Condos & MOI has dropped
- Detached market is on Fire! Toronto detached setting new all time highs
- Durham region is the hottest at the moment, 34% price increase YOY and 13% MOM
